Is this what you want, well you got it...the clean of a breeze, a sky on the green, a silence that feeds on psychogenic abstractions...

So now lay down your arms, it’s not defeat but you will learn to accept it, and the calm, of your still, is a balm for your ills
Is there still life on Mars, or is it just the memory of water, that implies, the remains are alive?

Oh how you embrace, the distortions...asleep in a bar, under the stars, heaven is a dream of getting lost in familiar revelry
You made it this far, now get closer...the pull of a day, wasting away, given to a retreat where time is written in cursive

Don’t look within without looking at all the people that you were that you’ve not been, keeping with, they’re just ghosts, nothing more, than a screen
And now the day is come and it seems, that you might need to finally make a decision, is the peace that you crave, just a war that you wage?

Where is there not left to go?

What to do with what’s left behind, artifacts from another time, a museum surrounds me now, a lot to feel not to think about, I blur the lines between time and space, between a friend and a friendly face, between the past and the here and now, between my mouth and what’s coming out
I will never get used to it, but never will I let go of it...
